General sales conditions
Delivery is ex-works in the place indicated in the contract.
Jewels are handicraft products. Single specimens of the same jewel may therefore slightly differ from one another in appearence and weight.
Prices
- are not determined according to the only fixed parameter of the wrought material weight; they also account for the artistic value of single models and for the varied handicraft techniques;
- are per unit, as they refer to single jewel specimens; they can vary of + 10% according to the actual weight of the item produced;
- have been determined on the basis of the international market price of precious metals as of 30 January, 1998, and they can vary according to changes in market prices;
- are given in Italian Lira and for packed goods;
- do not include any tax imposed by the country of origin, of transit and of destination of the goods (VAT, taxes, levies, duties, etc.).
A sample jewel can be provided against a money deposit equal to three times the jewel unit price. In the event of a subsequent order, the deposited money is to be deducted from the total selling price. If no order should be made, the deposit would be given back after deducing the transportation and transportation related fees and a 15% as general administration expenses refund.
Payment conditions
- for manufacts: 50% at the order by bank draft and 50% at delivery (for Italy: cash on delivery; for other countries: by confirmed and irrevocable letter of credit);
- for licences: to be agreed upon.
Goods, either sold or sample, are forwarded at the client's risk. Upon the client's request, forwarding, transportation, insurance and export customs clearence can be seen to on his behalf, at his expenses and risk.
The materials used, certified according to the Italian law, are:
- 18K gold;
- 800/1000 silver;
All jewels, creations, products, designs, prototypes and rubber moulds are copyrighted. Our trade-mark (author's signature) and identification mark are registered.
The reproduction and production of all jewels, creations, products, designs, ptototypes and rubber moulds are forbidden in the absence of a specific licence.
The sale of designs, prototypes and rubber moulds is forbidden, so as granting the permission to use them to third parties.
The licence cannot be transferred nor sublicensed to a third party.
Any litigation shall be conducted in the Court of Milan, Italy.
The present list, including prices and general sales conditions, has been solely drawn as advertisement and general description; it is not binding and can be changed at any time.
